Inspect before you invest in the wrong fix

A structured inspection reduces repeat callbacks. We look for termite access, drainage and ventilation issues, harbourage for cockroaches and rodents, and vector breeding sites for mosquitoes. For new builds or extensions, early input on slab edges, sleeves, and landscaping can avoid costly retrofitting later.

Deliverables can include written findings, photographs, priority actions for your contractor or FM team, and optional follow up visits after remediation. The goal is a plan you can execute that fits how your building is actually used in Kenya’s climate. Share photos or short video first when you need triage advice; we still recommend a physical walkthrough before major structural or gas based commitments.
