Many Kenyan spiders are harmless predators; we focus on voids, storage, and guest facing areas where risk or appearance justify work.

Huntsman and other large spiders alarm guests after storms when they move across bathroom tiles or ceilings. Most are useful hunters of midges and flies. Control means vacuuming webs, sealing loft and curtain track gaps, and exterior lighting changes that reduce prey attraction. We use insecticides only where labels, species risk, or client standards need it.

Coastal humidity increases cobweb buildup; scheduled dewebbing plus proofing often resolves complaints without fogging delicate interiors.
